Through KitaLecka, Speiseräume supports nurseries in North Rhine-Westphalia that prepare their own meals in implementing healthy, sustainable and child-friendly catering.
The focus is on culinary craftsmanship and freshness, as well as on the day-to-day work in the kitchen. Through a five-month consultancy programme, kitchen teams receive personalised support to further develop their catering services in a practical way and at no extra cost.
