Speiseräume is helping canteens in Hamburg to transition their kitchens towards more organic, artisanal and fresh produce. As part of a training programme lasting several months, NEUE KANTINE HAMBURG works side by side with kitchen teams in their own kitchens, providing bespoke workshops.
