The aim of SchoolFood4Change is to support schools in holistically integrating sustainable nutrition into everyday school life – in the classroom, at school festivals and in the canteen. As part of the project, Speiseräume is collaborating with a Europe-wide consortium comprising researchers, practitioners and administrative bodies. The project is funded under the European research and innovation programme Horizon 2020, grant agreement number 101036763.
